Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, Venezuela and all 27 countries of the European Union.

Delivery time

Orders arrive in 4–7 business days from the moment you place them. Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email when it ships.

Shipping cost

• Express shipping: $3.00 on orders under $59.98.
• Free Express shipping on orders of $59.98 or more (for example, when you buy 2 costumes).

Good to know

• Delays caused by the carrier, customs or events outside our control are not our responsibility, but we will help you track your order.
• Import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the customer.
• Please check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• If your tracking says "delivered" but you can't find your package, email us within 7 days.
• If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us. We will investigate, and if the package was lost we will send a replacement or a refund.
