Refund Policy
We want you and your pet to be happy. Every order from Tiny Costume Club is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
Our 30-day guarantee
If your costume doesn't fit or your pet doesn't love it, email us at tinycostumeclub21@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a full refund.
To keep the guarantee fair for everyone, please include:
- Your order number.
- A photo or short video of the costume tried on your pet.
Conditions
- One guarantee claim per customer (per person, household, address, email or payment method).
- The guarantee does not cover items bought for resale.
- We may decline claims that show signs of fraud or abuse.
- A chargeback or payment dispute counts as your guarantee claim.
- We may ask you to send the item back. In that case, return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
- Returns sent without our approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a refund, at our choice.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
EU customers
If you live in the European Union, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The cost of sending the item back is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
